We cite our sources

Educational content points to the research it's based on, primarily peer-reviewed literature indexed in PubMed. When we summarize a study, we link to it.

We say where evidence stops

We label what is well established, what is early or animal research, and what is still unknown. We never present an early finding as settled.

Education, not medical advice

Nothing on a Progredium site is a diagnosis, treatment plan, or prescription. A person's own licensed provider makes medical decisions. Our job is to help people have better-informed conversations with that provider.

No promises about results

People respond differently. When our ventures share personal stories, they are presented as one person's experience, never as an expected outcome.

We correct mistakes
