Mission
Health should move forward, and so should the people living it.
Too many people do everything right, then hit a wall. The research that might help them is scattered, technical, and hard to trust. The support that would keep them going usually isn't there.
Progredium exists to close that gap. We study emerging areas of health and wellness, explain them honestly, and build ventures that give people both the knowledge and the community to keep going.
What we believe
Habits do the work. Training, food, sleep, and headspace come first. Any tool is only as good as the foundation underneath it.
Evidence should be explained, not oversold. We separate what research shows from what it suggests and from what is still unknown.
Nobody should have to figure it out alone. Progress lasts longer when people have others moving in the same direction.
Why "forward"
Progredium comes from the Latin progredi, "to step forward." It's the same root as "progress," and it's how we measure our work: does it help someone take their next step?
